Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to see clearly and comfortably; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your glasses within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unworn condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Glasses

  Place your eyewear inside its original protective case and box to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
